This class is open to all children ages 7 to 14, including students and non-students, and was created to teach kids how to handle bullying situations in a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate way.

About the event
During this class, children will learn how to recognize bullying, build confidence, set boundaries, and use practical self-defense strategies to prevent, defend, and escape uncomfortable situations. Our goal is not only physical self-defense, but also emotional awareness, communication, and self-confidence.
