It's time for our Third In-House Competition! Competing requires courage and provides an opportunity to grow in Jiu-Jitsu by testing both your skills and mindset in a competition setting.

Early Registration: $65.00 (USD) until Sunday, April 5th, 2026

🥋 GI-Only Matches
All matches will be GI-only, and competitors must wear a complete Gracie Barra uniform. We will be checking uniforms, nails, and weight before the matches. Make sure you are within the weight category selected at registration to avoid disqualification.
🏆 Matchmaking
All local Gracie Barra Schools students are welcome to participate! If we don’t have a perfect match (weight, age, belt) within our school, we will do our best to find an opponent from another Gracie Barra.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

IBJJF Rules:
This competition will follow standard IBJJF rules for scoring, positions, and conduct. -
Eligibility:
Only students from Gracie Barra schools or invited guests may participate. -
No Refunds:
If a competitor cannot participate for any reason, there will be no refunds. -
Opponent Availability:
If an opponent is unable to compete, we will do our best to find a replacement match, but this cannot be guaranteed. -
Punctuality:
Competitors must arrive on time. If a competitor arrives after their match has been called and completed, they will not be allowed to compete. -
Weight with Uniform:
Competitors must register their weight while wearing their full uniform, as weigh-ins will be conducted with the uniform on. -
Uniform Requirements:
All competitors must wear a clean, official uniform. -
Hygiene:
Competitors must maintain proper hygiene. Fingernails and toenails must be trimmed. Anyone with a contagious skin condition will not be allowed to compete. -
Coaching Area:
Only designated coaches will be allowed in the coaching area. Parents and spectators must remain in designated areas. -
Match Readiness:
Competitors must be ready when called. Failure to report promptly may result in disqualification. -
Sportsmanship:
All competitors and spectators are expected to demonstrate respect and good sportsmanship at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification. -
Referee Decisions:
All referee decisions are final. -
Safety First:
The referee may stop a match at any time to protect a competitor’s safety. -
Belt & Division Integrity:
Competitors must register in the correct belt and age division. Any mismatch may result in disqualification.
